The practice schedule for next week will be determined by your child’s head coach after Monday. Monday will be a regular practice night. Tuesday night, August 7th, is the National Night Out Against Crime and it takes place in the park. No teams will be able to practice in the park that night. I believe all teams will want to make up that practice, but don’t know if it will be Wednesday or Friday. Please check with your coach at practice this week and Monday to determine the schedule for next week. Remember there will NOT be lunches provided tonight, tomorrow or Monday nightdue to the church that provides them relocating. We will be hosting the Jamboree next Saturday 8/11. As soon as the schedule is finalized, we will share it with everyone. Most of our teams will be playing at home. For all preseason and postseason games, there is a gate fee. The gate fee for the jamboree is $5 and is required for anyone 13 years old and up. Please be prepared to pay the gate fee upon arrival. Coaches and players are the only people not required to pay the gate fee. Our AAA team will be playing a game this Saturday, August 4th, against West Nashville at Davidson Academy. The game will be at 3pm with a player arrival time of 1:30pm. There will be a $5 gate fee for those 13 and older for this game as well. After the game, Davidson Academy is offering a campus tour for all players and parents in attendance. The AAA coaches and players appreciate everyone who will be able to attend in support. Please keep in mind that we need birth certificates for all first year players ASAP. We have to have them by the end of next week. Please make every effort to get them to us by handing in a copy or emailing in as a reply to this email. We will be turning in the Laundry Detergent fundraiser order and money on Saturday August 11. Please turn in all orders by Friday August 10. You can turn in forms and funds any time to Richard or Desiree so those funds can be applied to your account if need be. All registration fees must be taken care of prior to being issued a uniform. Please take full advantage of this opportunity if needed. Thank you, Derek Johnson |
